ATLAS : ENNEAGRAM

In case you have not heard of Sleeping At Last, I wonder what are you even doing with your life?

SAL is a m a z i n g, and they are even more a m a z i n g when I discovered they wrote a whole album, with each songs describing each and every types that there is in the Enneagram spectrum. Being a sentimental person, the songs get to me more than anything else ever does.

With accurate and precise wording for the lyrics, it tells you about how you are as a person, according to your types. As if your soul is talking to yourself, by yourself, about yourself. Fascinating, is it not?

Since I am a type two, attached is the song made by SAL for two(s), the Helper from the album, Atlas: Enneagram. You could also check out your own using the links given.

PODCAST

Also from SAL, though this time, it tells the story behind the scene of making the whole Atlas: Enneagram album. Ryan O' Neal talks about his inspiration in directing the song, calling in experts for Enneagram such as Chris Heuertz to the recording session of the podcast - in which, I felt is as crucial. I mean, having experts on board is such an eye opener. It gives interesting perspectives on your being as each type; weaknesses, strength, abilities, perks etc.

The podcast is massively available on various websites. Youtube, Soundcloud, even on the official website of SAL.

BRIEF INTRODUCTORY OF EACH TYPE

From thecoachingroom, the videos provide very basic examples and explanation for those who are still new to the Enneagram world. The cute animation with simple key points describing each type/personality would be a very good starting point for one to get to know more about themselves.
